Due to ongoing weather issues during previous Eid celebrations, we now only accept indoor hires for Eid events unless full payment is made in advance for outdoor bookings.
If your Eid celebration must go ahead regardless of weather conditions, we strongly recommend booking an indoor venue or large hall. Indoor venues help avoid last-minute disruption while giving children plenty of safe space to enjoy the entertainment.

Important Eid Booking Information
Please note:
- We no longer accept outdoor Eid inflatable bookings unless the full non-refundable hire balance is paid at the time of booking.
- This policy is due to repeated weather-related cancellations during Eid events.
- Under no circumstances will full paid outdoor Eid balances be refunded due to weather.
- Balances can instead be transferred to another dry-day booking within 6 months of the original hire date.
- Indoor Eid bookings are strongly recommended.
