Indoor Parties and Outdoor Garden Hires
The Unisex Smiles Slide Bouncy Castle is available for suitable indoor and outdoor bookings.
For indoor use, you'll need sufficient floor space and ceiling clearance. Please remember that the dimensions of the inflatable itself aren't the complete space requirement. We also need room for safe operation, mats and inflation equipment.

Five Free Didi Cars for Qualifying Indoor Hires
For qualifying indoor hires over £85, five Didi Cars are available FREE.
They can provide a completely different activity elsewhere in the hall, provided there is enough clear hard flooring to operate them separately from the bouncy castle.

Mix the Smiles Bouncy Castle With Soft Play
The neutral party theme also makes this an easy bouncy castle to combine with soft play.
Instead of trying to match two specific characters, you can select suitable equipment from our Soft Play and Ball Pools range and create a separate section for toddlers and younger children.
This is particularly practical at family parties where younger children need their own play equipment while older children use the bouncing area and slide.
Full Safety Matting Supplied
The Smiles Slide Bouncy Castle is supplied with full safety mats around the appropriate fall-off areas. We don't simply place one or two mats at the front and consider the job finished.

This equipment is for children only and must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
Ground Conditions for Outdoor Hire
We cannot install this particular bouncy castle outdoors on concrete, tarmac or shingle. If you're arranging a garden party, please tell us what surface is available when booking.
The setup area should also be clear of obstacles, overhanging branches, sharp objects, garden furniture and anything else that could interfere with the inflatable or its anchoring points.
Weather Can Change an Outdoor Booking
Inflatable equipment cannot be operated in unsafe weather conditions. The Smiles Slide Bouncy Castle will not be hired outdoors in dangerous winds exceeding 24mph.
Rain or unsuitable wind conditions may mean the planned outdoor setup cannot proceed. Depending on availability and your circumstances, alternatives may include suitable indoor equipment where you have a hall or building, or moving the booking to another date in accordance with our booking terms.
Booking fees are non-refundable.
Help Us Keep the Bouncy Castle in Good Condition
No shoes or Henna are permitted on the inflatable. Products capable of staining or damaging the material should be kept away from the equipment.
Looking after the artwork and inflatable surfaces means the next family receives the bouncy castle in the same presentable condition expected for their own event.
Games Can Fill the Gaps Between Turns
For a larger party setup, consider adding Giant Connect 4, Giant Jenga or Buzz Wire. These work particularly well with the Smiles theme because none of them needs to match a particular character or colour scheme.
