A non Returnable booking fee is requested at time of booking
This can be used for another day within the year- if your event gets postponed or rained off or cancellation due to dangerous gusting windspeeds.
Unfortunately we cannot set up if rain / bad weather is forecast / please check your local Met Office weather in the previous days leading up to your hire date & on your day of hire.
If just on and off showers are predicted- we can set up alternative children's castles.
All equipment can be set up indoors if you have a large enough space / Hall with a high ceiling height.
We can also substitute an active children's inflatable with two smaller slides & ball pit if your venue isn't high enough for the slide to fit.
